Student Transcript Services is an online application for students to view your marks, scholarships and transcripts and send transcripts to post-secondary institutions. To access the service, go to the Ministry of Education's transcripts and certificates website at STUDENT TRANSCRIPTS.GOV.BC.CA.
Please note that you must register for a BC Government Account (a BCeID). You will need your 9-digit Personal Education Number (PEN#) in order to do so. You can find this number on your report card. After you register for a BCeID, follow the system prompts and register for a STS. Finally, log into the StudentTranscriptsService using your BCeID. From your STS Dashboard, you will be able to make post-secondary institution selections, view your transcripts and send transcripts to the post-secondary institutions of your choice.
If you apply for early admission to a post-secondary institution, you can complete the STS form prior to May 1 and preliminary transcript information will be sent to the schools of your choice. This report will NOT include interim marks for courses in progress. The deadline to have your FINAL transcript information sent is mid-July. You only need to complete this process one time.
Make sure that the name that will appear on your transcripts matches the name you provide in your application to post-secondary institutions. You can check your first and last names as reported to the Ministry on your Unofficial Transcript of Grades found on the STS website. Find instructions below:
